Personal Experience
As a past experienced Hotelier, I have owned and operated Resort and Business Hotels across the country. I have gained knowledge in the operation of many disciplines such as Restaurant management, Night Club operation, Convention/Banquet facilities, and leadership skills commanding staffs of up to 225. I was honored to be elected to a two year term as President of the Louisiana Hotel/Motel Association.
My year as a Business Broker allows me to assist Sellers with determining the value of their business, establishing an asking price, identifying prospective Buyers, facilitating negotiations, and closing arrangements. I work with Buyers to target opportunities that match their previous experience, skills, and expectations.
My background has enabled me to successfully sell 57 businesses including Convenience Stores, Restaurants, Motels, Pharmacies, Auto Repair Shops, Laundromats, various Retail Stores, franchises, and more.
